Zero State has no rules list. You don’t need experience to join. You do need to bring quality RP.
Every scene has someone else in it. Their night counts the same as yours.
Robbed, arrested, beaten, humiliated. All of it is material. A character who never loses gives other players nothing to work with.
What you hear on streams, in Discord or in the next room, your character didn’t. Settle grudges in the story or drop them.
Experienced roleplayers know these already. They’re listed for anyone newer.
Random deathmatch. Killing someone with no roleplay leading up to it.
Vehicle deathmatch. Using a car as a weapon with no RP reason.
Acting on information your character doesn’t have. Streams, Discord and the person sitting next to you are not in the city.
Forcing an outcome. Doing things a person physically can’t, or deciding how someone else’s character reacts.
Your character wants to live. Three guns on you means you comply.
After your character dies, they forget what led to it. No revenge, no going back to the scene, no remembering who shot you.
Logging off to avoid an outcome. If the scene went badly, take it.
Provoking police into a chase you don’t plan to roleplay.
If this is your first server, say so. Ride along with someone in LEO, EMS or Fire. Watch a scene from the back. Ask questions in Discord.

With no rules, the roleplay has to be good. Stay in character, react like a person, and give the other player something to work with.
Three things get someone removed:
Each case is handled on its own. Everyone involved gets a say, including the person facing removal.
Raise problems with other players in the member hub. Not in public, and not in the city next session.
